“There is no room at the inn” is a phrase we hear each Christmas. We see it in our Christmas pageants, as kids dress up like Mary and Joseph. Providing sanctuary was not only part of the Christmas story but is part of our story as people of faith. This Advent, how do we create space in our lives, our churches, and our communities for Jesus, for those close to us, and for the stranger?

At Palisades Presbyterian Church, we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit as we strive to be the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus Christ. A multigenerational community of imperfect, unique people, we come from and with diverse family units and varied life experiences. All are welcome in this church, a safe space to love one another and be vulnerable and authentic. With Christ as our cornerstone, we pursue spiritual growth and development together through Biblical study, fellowship, and worship. We aim to exemplify the love and grace of Jesus Christ as we work to share and spread God’s love in our community and our world.
